i dont know what to say.i have been married for 3 & 1/2 years now.my periods were always very regular & 28 days perfect cycle.but since a year, they started coming irregular.actually we wanted to try for a baby exactly a year later.but since i started getting lot of facial hair, i went to the doctor.after all tests, she told me that i have hirsutism & pcos :( she told me to take birth control pill for a few months as we want to wait for a year more to have kids.i have hign insulin level.my friend said women with pcos find it really hard to get pregnant & even if they conceive, the chances of miscarriage are very high.i am devestrated :( i am still waiting for my periods this month & did not start using any pills till now.i am 24 years old now & my husband is 28.we want to wait a year because i am an underweight woman & my weight is just 90 lbs.so i wanted to work out on my weight before getting pregnant.but because of having pcos now i am getting really really scared.can anybody please tell me if we are doing a right thing waiting another year or is it going to be too late then? anybody with pcos got pregnant immediately? can i have a healthy baby? even one baby would be enough for us.i am really worried.please help me. beena replied. hello
dont worry there are many underwt. ladies who conceived and delivered healthy baby/s. one of my neighbour lady was underwt. and she has 4 kids.

yes definitely u can conceive, the pcos can be punctured and ur ovaries,uterus can function normally. and within short span of time u can conceive. i too had cysts, i got it removed with laparoscopic surgery. another friend of mine also had similar problem, she too removed with laparoscopic surgery and she delivered a baby recently. so be relaxed and try for a baby.
