I am 3 weeks pregnant , the problem with me is i feel weak and lazy all the day and also have vomiting ( nowdays i sleep almost 12 hours and after i got up i will spend rest of the time lieing down in the couch ) , i dont like to eat and drink milk , why am i feeling like this , i have to force myself to eat ... How can i stop the vomiting , pls advice me .. from past 3 days im eating only fruits , that also i have to force myself to eat , and i dnt eat dinner ( scared of vomiting ) , pls help me ... Should not worry and cry at all. You should be happy that you are pregnant. If you can not drink milk try yogurt(make your own lezzy).
For the first 3 months you should eat fruits .avoid pinapple,papaya and too much of meat, Tuna fish, Shark etc.
Eat in small quantities ..Drink plenty of water.
You should ask your doctor to give Prenatal Viatamins.So even if you couldn;t eat much this will help your baby to have enough vitamins.
