My 7 months and 3 weeks baby has not yet started crawling. I am very worried. At what age do they start crawling??

What about you moms? Naveena, KCh,ck, shweta and all pl. tell whether your baby has started crawling?

ck replied. No Neeti, mine doesn't even try to crawl. I guess she will walk first and crawl later... ha ha ha... I totally agree with tina. Don't worry abt not crawling, our babies r just not interested in the earth, they like the sky...(sometimes some dialogue like this come out on time-hi hi..) sumana replied. My daughter was a late crawler too. She rolled over on the day she turned 6 months but after which she forgot about it. But now she tries to crawl 2-3 steps and then ges back again. Try keeping her favourite toys or food near to her. She will like to reach out to it and there by start crawling. Also do not worry, i have heard that many kids started crawling in the 10 month etc. Only good thing about crawling is it makes their back bones strong before they actually get to walk.

same here, krishna is 7 1/2 months old, and hasn't started crawling. Every baby does it at different age, also crawling is not considered as milestone (i read it on one of the websites). I also read that some babies never crawl, just learn to walk...
I wana see her crawl too, hope they do it soon.....

Meher is not crawling..infact she doesnt even roll over (she had done it a couple of times and is not interested any more)....As Nav said each baby is different..especially those babies that dont like tummy time will be late to learn crawling/rolling over...

Dont worry... Nav replied. Dont worry about it.Every baby has a different pace.They do it at 8 months also.So just be cool.My son started crawling a few days back.
