iam new here, we want to plan for kids,some of friends said to take multivitamins, 20 days back i started \";one a day- womens \"; meanwhile i observed one of my brests seems bigger than other , is this is the effect of tabs, is it neccesary to visit doctor before planing a child?exept the above prob ,i observed these tabs r working good for me , by these iam feeling energtic than before, what should i do , do i need to stop it or continue.my mcycle is 24 to 30 days.
i read the answers of other posts , i appriciate the patience of all , waiting for reply,

Vitamins are always good to take before you concieve and its better to meet your doctor and even having a check-up can help in many ways.

There are many prenatal vitamins over the counter.What you should
specifically look for is Foliec Acid at least 400 mcg in the vitamin.
