Due Date Club July 2005:Thanks Hetal and Smile

Name: Arti

Hi Hetal and Smile, thanks for the wishes. I didn't think would get time to write but with all my packing almost done, my hands are kind of free.
Arjun is fine, we are taking tylenol which we plan to give him just a little bit during take-off and landing to avoid ear-pain, if he gets any.
His ears seem to clear up and I am done with packing his stuff.

I was wondering if I should carry a water filter (jug type) from here. I got two packs of flouride water which should cover the journey. My parents has aquaquard installed but my in-laws don't. Will boiled water be enough or should I carry a water filter?

just striked me. if you aree going to india..why dont you check up with some good dr/ent for arjun ears..

see if you get some other inputs from our indian drss..its worth a try if at all he is to be seen by an ent surgn over here..there are very good hspitals in like apolo, malviya in bangalore and many others..

my cousin is in india right now and she had some issues with her nasal passages and cz of this she had allergy problems,,at malviya hospital in bangalore she got it treated. her sinuses and nasal are cleared now and her allergy prob has reduced with that treatment...see if something like that works out for arjun....

so just thought of sharing with you.
as it is you will be in india taking care of him all the time,,office wnt be an issue there and big plus is with family members around, you get alot of help with everything...

good luck travellng,,,lots of love to arjun.

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
