hey sujana i think u had saffron in excess if u add just two strands in milk its perfectly safe i am having it from day one of my pregnancy

Hello all,

I had one 3 year old baby and I was pregnent with second I have perfect health and I had miscariege of 2.5 months baby. At that time I used to drink lot of saffron with milk. After miscariege I found out that 10mg of saffron can terminate the pregnency.please read the one below that I am copying it from one of the link

Special Cautions
Poisoning is a significant danger when this herb is used to induce abortion. A dose of 10 grams is needed to terminate a pregnancy, while a dose of 12 to 20 grams--not all that much more--is generally considered lethal.
