Sorry for posting this message here - I am from July board. I had posted my query over there, but since I didn't get any response, so I decided to post here. I thought you may not be visiting there very often.

I am back with a new concern. Just to refresh your memory- I had delivered our daughter about 2 months back by c-section. We both are doing fine, but I have noticed a new problem these days.

I bled for almost 4 weeks after delivery, and then it stopped completely. About a week after that (around 6th week after delivery), I noticed some spotting (not red, but brownish-red) for 2-3 days. Then this stopped too. Now its been more than 8 weeks since my c-section and today I noticed some blood in my panty. Again, its not a usual flow, but some sort of spotting and this time , it is red, not brown.

Now I am totally confused - what to make out of this bleeding ? Just for your info, I have no pain, na cramping and I am breastfeeding (mostly pumping- due to my job). One more thing, I want to add here that today I had a very slight burning sensation when I went to pee ...it was only for 2-3 seconds. But after that I was okay and this happened only once.

Archie, should I be concerned ? Please let me know your views. Is this the return of my menstrual cycle or am I still dealing with regular bleeding after delivery ? Or is it something else ?
