hi ladies

I had a weird prob yest. I woke up in the morn to urinate and realised I needed to do the bigger job as well. While I was at it, my stomach turned very gassy all of a sudden and I had a fall in BP. My hands became cold n sweaty. I feltlike I was gonna faint or something. I managed to crawl back in to bed and lay down a bit and I was fine 10 mins later!

I am sorry for being explicit abt the details but I just wanted to know if any1 else here has a low BP issue. I am really worried abt this. I am in the 18th wk now and have a doc check up on wednesday. But I thought I'd check with u guys as well.

Thanks!

Hi E P,

I had a similar experience yesterday. I very badly needed to go to the bathroom and the flushing system in our office was undergoing some kind of repair. I was controlling myself and was on my way to another building to use the bathroom there, but I too suddenly felt very dizzy and sweaty and felt better only after I relieved myself. I didnt link it with BP then but when I went home my husband did say that my BP must have fallen. I am fine now, so I guess its ok.

Best,
Raji

Hi there:)
I met my gynac last wk and told him abt this. he said fall in BP is normal esp if it was connected with going to the loo. so i guess we shouldnt worry abt it.

take care!

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
