my baby is 11 months now right from the beginning she is having solid stools.she has to give more pressure to pass it.i consult doctor she said its common n told to include spinach everyday. i started that. but i dont see any new improvement.its same just the colour of the stools change for yellow to green.i m worried to see her struggling to pass her stools.does my baby need any type of medication or supplements? please suggest fast.

Please give papaya Yoghurt Bananas and Apples (juice Form) for 7 days and you will see the difference besides that you can give Brocoli if available and more water

Hi,
Iam 21 year old guy, Iam suffering from piles from last month.Now the problem is increased.Iam getting Solid stools and iam getting problem while Passing stools.I have to give more pressure to pass stools.Iam getting too much Pain and many times iam getting blood.Daily iam eating one Apple,Banana and drinking 1 liter Milk.please please somebody suggest me what should i do to rescue this problem of piles and what kind of vegetabels , Fruits and Drinks should i prefer.please please help me.

hey Raj
piles is the worst thing. U can take Colace(over the counter laxative). it will help u to be regular and easy for u to pass without any pain or bleeding. but it will not cure ur piles.even if they r external or internal. u can visit a colon specialist. he will be able to remove both the piles in matter of 10 mins. u will be sore for 3 days but u can be able to do all ur work. then only it will be cured. goodluck man. i did all these and am happy now.

Hi Sonu !!

My son was having same problem before .
Give her more water .
Give her some diluated juices .
Carrot,Apple, Banana,Rice cereal all these can cause constipation so if you r givinging any of this stop it for few days .
You can also try prune Juice.
Somava 34 & Grip water can also help..
Give her more vegetables & fruites.
