I am just 5 weeks pregnant and i wanna know if its ok to work out in the gym coz i have been workin out all these years feel kind of odd not gymming can anyone advise me

exercizing should not a prob at all, as u have always been doing so, but just take care in the 1st trimaster, do exercise but dont over do, ya but as u are in ur 3rd month consult that with ur doc,if thats ok, coz sometimes there are chances or placenta pervia to...Just to b on the safer side ask ur doc

hi there,

i think its good to exercise, but since this is yr first trimester so i wud advise u to stick to walking only. this is a very delicate period, so take good care of yrself. do not exert yrself. during yr second trimester u can take swimming n walking, both.

also consult yr doc. have a healthy PG.

I think its good idea to exercise, u can do light walking so u will fell good after 3 months pregnancy u can some exercise which is advisable. Take care.

Hi kavita.congratulations.
If u feel comfertable with workout then u can do. but just check your heart beats. It should not exceed 140 per min.
U can do cycling but not high seat. walking, swiming are best workouts.Some sudies shows that excercise is good for moms and baby's also. But do if your are comfertable. Your abdomen should not streach.I am 10 week pregnent. I was doing runing before conception but now I just do walking. that feel me better.
