hi! last trimester started for all June moms now. How do you all feel about it? My little one's shots are getting harder day by day. I feel a full fledged football match inside my tummy. It becomes too much in the night when I try to sleep. This keeps me awake for quite sometime. I think it is getting restless inside and can't wait to come out. It is slightly painful when the strokes are too hard. I met the doc and she says it is fine and good that the baby is so active. But i get slightly worried sometimes whenever i feel the pain. Is this normal. Do u all feel the same? Pl let me know.

Yes indeed it is a football match,
Feel the kicks and the bumps at certain odd times . Since i am working. I find it really difficult at times specially when i am concentrating on my work and i get a big kick which actually makes me scream.
The other day i actually felt my baby giving me a very good scratch inside and i had to stop myself from yelling out.
I agree with you Roja, at night specially when u intend to sleep the kicks are all the more. But i am enjoying every bit of it.

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
