I forgot to comment on this,
yes, for some hair loss can be experienced during pregnancy while for some they experience fuller growth.
You can however use dandruff treatment shampoos, say once or twice a week -have your OB's opinion on this part.

One other concern you can bring it to your Ob and hope this is not the reason, see if your TSH levels are within the range and not that they are elevated, if so then you may need treatment.

Twice shampoo with dandruff treatments like T-gel or head and shoulder does help. Latter is little too strong though, T-gel is good and medically approved by many dermatologists.
check with your OB.

Ritu,
I did visit Dec. 2006 board and read updates of another baby girl on her way. I hope her to be awake when you have your next ultrasound. Try to drink water at least 30 minutes before, this is a trick to keep baby awake -if your bladder is full baby remains active, could be painful to you but you will like to see active baby and won't mind holding urine for until you are done with sonogram.

Who knows, you may celebrate 2 B'days on same day:-) would be fun to have different numbered candles on same cake. or even two different cake flavors in a birthday party.
