Hi HP,
Instead of keeping all such products it would be better you just give some food which can be prepared from home.

hi Hp,
Baby food products are available in multi varieties so before purchasing any baby food product it must be checked does it would be like by the baby or not.

Hi HP,
Many people are preparing such food items in home only.By taking all types of dal as ingredients. So it would be better that you can also try that process for your baby.

Hi Hp,
Diet chart which you have provided is very good. And try to change recepies now and then because kids would get bored to have same type of food daily. Then they will not take the food so happily also.

The diet plan looks ok.
However you need to introduce some more vareity in the diet chart.
My daughter too is 7 months old:
I give her :
Milk : 1/2 litre ( which she drinks in some quantities either direct or mixed with some other dish as mentioned below)
2 TBSP Nachini powder boiled in milk and litle sugar - every afternoon
4 Parle G biscuit with warm milk - every morning
5/6 spoons Cerelac Rice/wheat..every night( Dont go for other flavors like Honey, apple etc...they dont taste good.)
Plain rice & Moong dal khichadi - once in 2 days replaced with Cerelac( I add 1/4th carrot and a small piece of dudhi while boiling in cooker)
Mashed banana with warm milk - every evening( this is her favourite...use Eliachi kela ...the small yellow ones.....she eate 2 at a time)
mashed apple/papaya occasionally.

I am sure your baby will like these.
Try them out..and let me know
Bye take care
Swati

RE:The Parents Guide to Healthy Snacking
So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method. Try to add cereals, protein-rich foods including egg, mixed vegetable soup, two cups of milk. Consult with the best pediatrician in the city by finding through mfine app and provide a healthy diet for the baby.
