Hi,
Aryan had his 15th month appt yesterday . Went well he weiged in at 23.1 lbs which was a relief coz at his last checkup he had fallen back on the weight front due to acid reflux. Other than his regular 2 shots he also got his flu shot which is given in two instalments so have to book another appt in a months time.
He has become very demanding these days . It gets a little irritating by the end of the day . Constantly wants to be out of the house . He understands almost everything, speaks about 10 to 15 words and repeats most of the words after us, babbles a lot too. As far as Diaper trianing goes it is still going on . Some days he'll tell me whenever he needs to use the restroom and there are days when he does everything in his diaper. But i guess that's ok. No sense in forcing him. He loves his books ; has a few fav's as well . Likes going to the Library .
Eats almost all that we do .Current favorite is Thai food :) .

Kiran Arti replied. Nice to know Aryan's and Savir's update. Arjun had his 15 month checkup today and he got 5 shots including one flu shot. He weighed 23.7 lbs and his progress was normal.
One interesting thing I read at clinic which I thought would share is that when you send your child for a play-date at neighbors house ask them whether they have gun at their house, if they do then the the bullets should be taken out and all such things are properly locked and not within the reach of the children. Frm his last appt(which was around his 13th) month, he has gained like 10oz. He was sick in between, I guess that is the reason hasn't gained that much weight. But the doc was happy with his growth. He said not to worry as this happens when they are very active. Other than that he is also fine with his eating habit, he likes to taste different food. He eats egg as well.
He too likes books. He tries to repeat what all we say and understands everything. This guy is becoming very demanding. Yesterday he doesn't want to enter the house and started crying for that. He points at everything and demands for it.
Regarding potty training his doc had asked me not to pressurize him in any way. But to slowly start with it. So waiting to start. Thats all.
