Going to bed on same time everyday is very necessary to get sound sleep and to maintain healthy sleep pattern. I have habit to massage with warm coconut oil to my hair before going to bed. That makes me feel good and I easily fall asleep. A bedroom should be comfortable to get sound sleep. Mattresses and rugs need to be soft and comfy. That gives you a good quality sleep.

I am totally in favour of concept called beauty sleep. When you sleep less or you do not get sound sleep that shows up on your face. You get dark circles and sagging bags under your eyes. Sleep deprivation also affects your complexion. Many beauty experts are always keep mentioning the importance of sufficient sleep. Taking naps throughout days is also beneficial for your skin. Getting minimum eight hours of sleep is essential to lead stress free life. Getting your beauty sleeps make your skin healthy. It bring glow on your face and keep your complexion clear. Using beauty products of superior quality is of no use if you are not getting enough sleep.

Subject:  sleep pattern effects health



When I was in school I had this habit to study at late night. I never studied in the morning. I used to start studying at about ten at night and would go on till three in the midnight. I used to have a cup of coffee at night. Later I started facing lot of health problems due to this habit. I started having backache and migraines. I consulted doctor. He prescribed some medicines. Later I read an article in newspaper saying that caffeine intake before going to bed is not at all good for your health. It leads to improper sleep. My mom told me to stop studying late nights. She asked me to practice waking up early and study. In first few days I found it difficult to adjust with this schedule but later on found that my migraine problem has reduced. Now I have stopped staying awake till late night.
