hi, any body can suggest me how can i loss weight after delivery i am still lool like 3-4 month pregnant and how can i remove stretch mark

hey nikita do not panic it might take sometime to loose the fats for this you can exercise regularly and have a control on your die try going for zumba or gym classes. And for stretch marks you can try bio oil it really helps.

We all know that women out on a lot of weight during pregnancy but you should not be in a rush to lose all that extra weight. It is a very beautiful thing that you have gone through and you should enjoy every part of it.

Stretchmarks happen because when you are pregnant the stomach muscles have to expand a lot and after the delivery they contract all of a sudden. There is not much you can do about the stretchmarks but you can exercise and lose weight.

So you had the problem of weight before trying any thing it would be better you can consult to the doctor because what ever you do it must be done under the guidance of the doctor only.I wish you would burn your calories.

After pregnancy it is quite common that women will not lose their weight regarding stress marks creams will be available in medical shops you can get it. Its better you consult the doctor who as done delivery for you.

Hi nikita!! dude! just see the indiaparenting ka website na, they have so many articles on removing stretch marks. ill put the link here only. but after they monitor and check its legitimate, only then they will show you the link. but just click on \" more\" at the top of the page on the right hand side and then click on post delivery issues!
just type stretch marks in the search articles box.. they have some 5-8 articles!
