Sorry to bother u again but here what happened this month....
I have 27-30 day cycle.I used OPK from CD 13 and very first day i had 2 lines. So we had sex for 3 days. I was expecting my period on 21st june to 26 june respectively. But according to OPK I shld have got period on June 21st. Anyway I didn't get peiod till june 26th and also had symptons like breast tenderness and soreness. on 27th morning I took HPT and got very light line in result window but started getting pink like discharge by afternoon and by the end of the day period like flow but only while I used to pee..nothing on pad. It stayed like that thru out the night. I still have flow but very little but looks like normal period.
Here I do not understand if it showed I ovulated on CD13 I shld have gotten period on June 21st. Is the delay normal or is it due to recent change in thyroid hormone or soemthing else?
Sorry for long message but I need to let u know in detail. I think it shld help u to understand my condition properly.

Ratri,
I would have totally blamed thyroid but can't be that way having read that you said you got a faint positive hpt on June 26th.
I am not confident but want you to take test on or around June 30th and till then take bed rest, complete. If the flow continues until June30th and stops onward then verywell it was a period and mostly due to altered thyroid but if stops before and that you continue to get positive test on June 30th even if it's weak you may want to work on pregnancy thoughts.

I would not think of visint OB mainly because we don't know if it's pregnancy associated or thyroid associated concern.
Should you get positive test on or after June 30th and that your bleeding is stopped then sure you would get in OBs office.

if you were not on medication and then thyroid not only can delay the period but also flow. On the flip side you said you have had positive OPK on CD13 which means you were about to ovulated on CD15 and that cycle could have been of 29-30 days. that means you were expecting period. Because of this reason I was leaning towards pregnancy than thyroid but if the flow is increasing then getting in OBs office might not help you save if this was a pregnancy, because it's too early and nothing can be done. But if it stops with total bed rest and that you continue to get positive hpt then you may immediately request for blood work and may be progesterone supplment in case you have the low levels.

On the other, what I strongly recommend you to do in next cycle, considering this was failure, get your TSH levels checked right in the first week of JUly, preferably on Juny 1st to July 5th. This will tell us if you suffered trouble in last cycle from Thyroid. If all is well continue using OPK and take folic acid regardless it's pregnancy or thyroid result.

Thanks for ur reply...It is not absolutely necessary to jump and schedule and appt with my obgyn...Right??? Do they chek in such conditions? It would be so much awkward...
