Due Date Club December 2006:nausea after week 15

Name: poppins I am 15 weeks pregnant and still having a lot of nausea. I throw out very often and have intolerance with the smell while we cook. Has anyone faced this situation in 2nd trimester. Wanted to know when can this subside by the latest. I had lost 2 kgs last month and i am sure if this continues i am not going to gain this month too..Very worried abt my little one.

hi, i m also feeling nausea and vomiting still.. its my 16 week..but it is not like earlier, but now also i m no tvery comfortable with smells. i m taking medicine for my vomiting, so now a days i m not throwing out. u shud ask ur doctor for pres, i dnt know if u r in india.then doctor may not prescribe u any medicine fo rthis.
but dnt worry u ll b fine soon. one of my frind is also preg.. she had this prob till her 4 th month... be happy... u ll b fine soon..and start gaining weight.eat small frequent meals...i m doign tht only...in every hour i eat something...u also try the same...best of luck...dnt worry u ll b fine soon.

Thanks for replying Manu. I am feeling better today but i did not take medicines for vomitting yet. My doctor had prescribed me last month but i try to avoid medicines as far as i can. I am in germany and i am planning to speak abt the problem to my doctor in my next visit. I hope the sickness goes off soon. I try to eat small portions at a time but most of the time i throw out all i eat in just 15 min. Wish you a healthy pregnancy.
