The diet plan looks ok.
However you need to introduce some more vareity in the diet chart.
My daughter too is 7 months old:
I give her :
Milk : 1/2 litre ( which she drinks in some quantities either direct or mixed with some other dish as mentioned below)
2 TBSP Nachini powder boiled in milk and litle sugar - every afternoon
4 Parle G biscuit with warm milk - every morning
5/6 spoons Cerelac Rice/wheat..every night( Dont go for other flavors like Honey, apple etc...they dont taste good.)
Plain rice & Moong dal khichadi - once in 2 days replaced with Cerelac( I add 1/4th carrot and a small piece of dudhi while boiling in cooker)
Mashed banana with warm milk - every evening( this is her favourite...use Eliachi kela ...the small yellow ones.....she eate 2 at a time)
mashed apple/papaya occasionally.

I am sure your baby will like these.
Try them out..and let me know
Bye take care

Hi,

U can try these dishes also:
Boil vegetables along with Dal and Rice. Mix pinch of turmeric, salt and 1-2 leaves of corrainder and curry leaves (just for taste). You can mix fruits also and can make it sweet by adding either jaggery or sugar with pinch of ilaichi powder.
Dosa,
Suji sheera,
Upma,
Oatmeal,
sweet daliya
boiled daliya with vegetable
Poha

Hope this wd be useful for u.

RE:The Parents Guide to Healthy Snacking
So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method. In fact she even decided to supplement her diet with Immuno Boosters and Brain Booste... - say [View Message]

for your kids you can make heavy breakfast like you can blend apple with oats or any other fruits with oats, and make heavy breakfast, there is no need of egg after this breakfast for anyone,.... - rohini [View Message]
