Yes I got my period and this is the third day. I want to try this month also. my cycle has been regular for the past one yr 9from 7/8 to 12th of each month) this time it has been from 15-19th. When should I start trying. Also, I am 28, my height is 5 2' and I am close to 70kgs. I am trying to diet and reduce wt and am also having iron/folic acid tablets everyday to make sure I am not deficient. Give me some good trying advice to have a healthy baby soon. How much of wt should I lose and will losing weight/dieting trouble my trying to conceive in any way

first of all I have feeling you are using multiple names, why do I feel I read similar message under different name in last 3-4 days, please use one name so it's easy to know history.

I don't understand one thing, your cycles are regular and past one yr 9from 7/8 to 12th. This does not refer to length of cycle. Remember each month are different with calender lenght and gynecological cycles are mentioned in number of days not by calender method. In some cases it helps using calender method but not in all.

About weight, you may typically need to loose around 10 kg. If you plan to get pregnant then dieting is no recommended. However if you plan to loose weight, maintain healthy diet and lots of gymnastic activities and aerobics. See if that helps shedding some fats, the weight can sometime get you difficult in getting pregnant and also facing more discomforts while pregnant.

even i am trying..and i always get symptoms like frequent urintion,fuller &tender breasts..blue lines on breasts..crampiness in lower abdomen.but still i have my menses..y is this happenning..pls help ..m very confused

Yeah i typed in a reply and thot it shud be a new topic, sorry this is my first time in the site so pardon me if I goof up ..yes my cycle length for the past yr has been anywhere between 30-32 days. There is a 3 day variation, but not more or less. I have not tried to use OPK but do notice that I ovulate sometime around the middle of each cycle typically.
I will start taking care about the diet and exercise aspect. can you pls answer my folic acid / vitamins question. What would you recommend in terms of nutrition ..what will help me get pregnant ..
