For the past 3 days Ayush has been cranky,having fever on and off around 100 deg F to 100.5 ,runny nose and been fussy.Is he havig ear infection/teething or anything else..
For experienced moms what does it seem like ..I am worried and concerened.I feel bad leaving him at the daycare but at the same time cannot afford to take so many leaves !!!

Nitya also has fever, and it reaches to 103 in the night.
Nitya had ear infection before, and doc prescribed antibiotic for that. It was a 10 day course. It takes atleast a week to get them back to normal whenever they get sick. For Nitya it took almost 3 weeks when she had cold last time. I had a get-together at my place this weekend, & Nitya caught the infection from somebody then. I am so upset about why i did that get-together.

runny nose will be cold, anu has had it off and on..a while..will get it since u have babies all around, he will be fine, just use the nose suction pump and help get the phlegm out.
helps to have a humidifier and raised bed.so head is high.give him a breather while drinking milk (they will do it themsleves)
U will know baby has a ear infection if he is pulling his ear, seems fussy..generally if has cold for more than a week..i would check him out.
Any baby at any age once in school or day care will get cold and ear infections (as per a ped.) since any child will be exposed outside once..will be like this for sme time off and on, but i assure u he will be fine. Day care folks take good care too. or u can give specific instructions.
Agree u will feel guilty..though, in the end, just feel great anu is in day care, she has fun seeing others, friends, playing with so many new things, they help her learn to stand, play..so feel if i were home, would be thinking of new ideas to keep her entertained, this way her mind is atleast active.
