even i have low bp and the doc told me to take electral powder nd nimbu pani with salt in it that should be fine and as for the homeo meds even they are plant extracts and their exact effect on pregnancy is not known so its best to avoid them till possible nux any way is good for a persistent headache too.

Hi Vidhi,

I was also feeling the same once, then i asked my father for the medicine, he is a homeopathy Doctor.
He suggested me \" Nux Vomica 30 potency\" .
In one dose all dizziness flew away :).
You can consult some homeopathy doctor n have this medicine.

let me know the result.

HI Vidhi,

When i go for a walk, i feel the same and as soon as i finish eating.....i feel really tired and sleepy. For me i couldnt avoid anyof this routine work as my son is here to be taken care of....This is common and dont feel bad for messy house.....do one work @ a time and try to keep everything in place or ask your hubby to helpout....take as much rest as you can now....and once the baby is out, you will be double tired -)

Enjoy your pregnancy.
