i'm sarita, new to this group n my edd is 27 dec. i'm having my sugar levels alarming, it is 155 (pp) and 91 (fasting).so my doc advised to walk n decrese intake of alu.i'm in India.cud somebody addvise me on the diet to be followed.

Hi Sarita,
Welcome to the Dec Mom board. Sorry for late welcome... How are you doing? In which week are you in? I have read a lot on this board regarding the Sugar level. I really have no idea what should be done during this time. Don't worry much on that part. U can browse few other boards where there are many mom-to-be with high suger. U may get some help there.
Where are U from India. I am basically from Karnataka but setteld in Pune, Maharastra.

it's so nice to note ur reply. thx. yes'day i talked to my gynaec she referred me to a dietician n there i got a diabetes diet chart, which she asked me to follow strictly.also advised me to walk an hour every day.
oh!! i'm sorry i'vent given my intro i'm in 18th week enjoying well i'm fm delhi.did u feel the movements of ur baby? here it's not authorised to chek the sex of the child. did u know ur kid's sex?ok keep mailing

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine.
