I have had a c-section delivery few weeks back. I want to reduce my post delivery flab. When can I start an exercise program?

Congrats for the newborn!It is better to wait for sometime before starting on an exercise program. Give your body time to heal. Only after healing, you will be able to work better towards weight loss. Till then enjoy your time with your baby and do simple exercises such as walking.

Weight loss after a c-section is possible but it is very slow and precautions are needed. You need to consult your doctor before starting exercises. You can start a proper exercise program only after recuperating completely.
