Hi Archie

Thanx for replying for my prev post.I would like your advice on another q of mine.I read in one of the websites that after intercourse ,we are supposed to raise our hips and keep the position for abt 20-30 mins which I had been doing since we started trying for a baby.I keep a pillow under my hips for support.But last time and a few other times earlier,I found that the pillow was very wet and looked like everything dripped down.How do I manage this?How raised should my hips be?Really confused and feeling bad that all our efforts are a bit wasted.Any help /suggestion is much appreciated.

Had the same problem. Try raising your bottom/hips to a 45 degree angle only. I have read this is the best positions as the cervix is at it's most relaxed position at this angle. Anything any higher is not necessary. 20 mins lying down after is best.

some liquid will fall off and is normal. It does not mean you are doing anything wrong.
