In my 20 years experience I found that mental problems of men arises most from the wife's non-co-operation to do sex with husbands.

Usually, husbands are lousy, noncaring, non-providing sex partners ! While they are quick to fulfill their own requirements, they almost forget that the person thr' whom they are satisfying their hunger (wife) is also nothing but a humanbeing with similar (may be not same, though)needs, instincts and desires to be fulfilled and they need to DISCOVER and LEARN how to satisye them for her !!! Usually, indian women are conditioned not to demand, so if men don't care enough to find out what she wants, how, when etc., then she is more often than not, likely to remain dissatisfied...leading to all havoc in a couple's private life...a loveless, sexless marriage !
So husbands, buck up....female education is bound to bring 'sexual awareness' in women, so if you desire a smart, educated , intelligent wife, partner and mother-of-your kids...then KNOW her this area of growth too, appreciate it and LEARN to catch up and improvise !! good luck... But my dear friend u must understand a woman by her mind. u should make love to her with her clothes on (know what i mean - be romantic, appreciative, praise her esp., in front of your parents, give her importane) in short place her on a pedestal and u will get what you want for the rest of your life. then u will get all those - health, wealth etc. but also make sure u dont just 'do your job' and get away without affection. love her completely not just her specific body parts.
