Hi all..I' m a mother of a 2 and half year old daughter.. i have the same problem as many other parents have here... I went through many answers here.. And i realized that many people have suggested that enrolling children to preschool can help overcoming shyness.. I also wanted to know if this really helps? And also help me with some good preschools..
Thank you!

If your kid is shy then there is nothing to worry...as it usually happens in nuclear families wherein the kids are not use to interacting with anyone but their parents...Sending to a pre school is certainly a good option and u shd opt fr it it definitely helps...Along with it you can use various books for kids which prepares ur kid to be happy and have something to say when he is in pre school... I purchased brainy sets from an online baby products portal babeezworld and it really helped me in teaching many good things to my kid and which i feel helped in boosting his confidence :)

Hi Sucheta, Yes it indeed helps to a great extent.. My cousin faced a similar problem with her daughter.. She got the solution here.. She enrolled her daughter to Eurokids International and steadily her daughter become very upfront, started mingling with everyone around.. You should probably look for some good preschool in your vicinity as well!
Regards,
Gauri.

Hello dear this is really nothing to worry as its very common and you should not take this matter as a big concern as kids at this age are normally shy and they do not like meeting new people infact they want only their friends and all with them.... - Anita [View Message]
RE:Shyness right or wrong?
According to me you should take your child to a counselor and ask her what is the exact problem as this is not common and you should get into it as soon as possible and understand the real reason behind the same, please do not ignore this its a request.... - Anaida [View Message]

Hi dear i can understand this issue as the same was the case with my son and till the age of 14 he was like this then someone told me to put him in personality development course and after doing so there was a complete change in his body language and he was totally different.... - Anaida [View Message]
