I hope everyone is doing fine. I just had my 12 weeks ultrasound yesterday and the doctor says that I and the baby are doing good so far.
Is this a good time to announce friends about our great news? I am just wondering if its too soon.

Hello:
My 20 week ultrasound also showed an enlarged kidney. The good news is that since it is only one side, chances are that he will \";grow out of it\"; and if there's a problem it will resolve itself. Hey Kavita,

I'd say you get the ultrasound done so you will be able to see what is going on. Vaginal ultrasound is a good idea too.
