Dear all, I have 2 kids (5+ yrs and 2+ yrs). both c section. Stopped breastfeeding my 2nd kid a month back. now started seriously thinking abt losing weight. seriously didnt have time till now.

i was 77 kgs. i did some workouts and diet and have come down to 72.9 kgs in 2 months. But the weight loss is not visible. The huge tummy is still there, hip flabs are there. Losing hope of all the strict diet and exercise. kindly help.

Hello Hermy,

I have a 1yr and 5 months old baby girl. I gained 25 kilos during my pregnancy. I had to maintain strict diet and regular exercise to get to my original shape.

You can try pranayam. You can find the video on Youtube. This will help to control your hunger. I also used a walker at home. You can try walking everyday 15-30 minutes. Take less junk and fried food, take plenty of water and lot of fruits.
