My daughter has already crossed an year. I feed her at night as i am working and she was fine with it. Now it has changed into something like she would sleep at night only if I bf her.
Earlier she used to get up once in between during her sleep and immediately go to sleep after her feed. But it has got worse now. She wakes up every 2 hours or so and insists that I feed her. It has affected my health a lot now. Once in a while I would not have cared, but now its getting more and more. She doesnt sleep at peace. Please let me know if you have encountered this and please help me if you have a solution to this.
I have tried giving her water, formula, carry her around and put her to sleep.. but nothing has worked.
She isnt teething or anything right now, and wasnt this disturbing when she was.
I am worried...Please help.

Make sure that u dotn carry her much in the night ask somebody else to feed the formula and make her sleep,intially it is tough but they will learn,i followed the same thing,but u have to make urself hard bcos they will cry so much if you are nt carrying. if 1 week make practise then it wont be a problem.make sure that nighht she eats nicely before she goes to bed. main point is u dotn feed her in night ask somebody else to feed the formula in night Arti replied. I think either she is not getting enough calories during the day or not enough attention. I think this is your baby's way to bond with you if you are busy during the day. Kids sometimes develop an insecurity so they would wake up frequently to check on the mom to see if she is there and demading bf is the way to get attention. Another possibility is that she isn't getting ennough calories during the day so making up at night. You never know what goes into their tiny minds.
Try to make her full during day, increase her feeds. She might also be thirsty as its summer time.
