Hi girls,

Any of you in the same boat.I feel hungry all the time and keep craving for foods.If i feel guilty i am eating a lot of food i remind myself that i am still pumping.But to tell frankly,the amount of food i eat and the milk i produce dont match...since my milk production has dropped drastically.
Is there something i can do about this ...or shld i wait till i completely stop pumping.

Hi Radhika,

I was just thinking about u yesterday that it has been a long time since i saw u on board.
Yup, worried a lot about my wt....dont seem to be reducing even mm of my waist and hips...and not to forget my tummy...
Hows Anu doing....she shld be getting naughtier day by day....
Kaustubh is learning alot of new tricks to test my patience...he is indeed very naughty..

Hi sumana..

I know how u feel..praveen teases me when i eat..and cannot resist hunger..even if u feed one feeding i am sure ur little one is happy..i am 50% breastfeeding and 50% formula..but still feel good about pumping at work (though its difficult some days to get up/adjust time in the middle of meeting or work schedule but least i can do when away from her.)
Don't stop..me and baby have fun during feeding sessions even if its 3-4 sessions. weight i am sure will decrease when they start runnign and playing around.
