Subject:  Coping with PCOS

I go to know that I am suffering from PCOS last month. I am really scared if I will be able to conceive or not. I want to know if I can have a healthy pregnancy or I will have to stay childless for the entire lifetime. Please resolve my query and let me know if I can conceive naturally or not.

Women coping with PCOS should take lot of care of their health. Women with PCOS should have healthy diet and exercise regularly. It is very important for women with PCOS to lose weight and avoid eating junk food. If weight is managed properly, women can cope with PCOS easily.

I agree with Pramila. Women coping with PCOS should take right diet plan and follow weight loss regime to cope successfully with PCOS. It is extremely important to eat right kind of food and lose weight to cope with PCOS. I have heard that PCOS has no cure, is that true? What to do, I am really tensed and I have got this disorder recently.
