Don't worry. Proper medication and a balanced diet will definitely help. It will definitely help you. Also, regular exercise and weight management is a very big factor in maintaining hormonal balance and curing PCOS. Infertility can be one of the consequences of PCOS but if taken care of, it can be solved as well. Consult your gynecologist and talk about your concerns.

It is very necessary to lose weight when you are diagnosed with PCOS. Also it is very important to keep yourself away from stress if you are diagnosed with PCOS. You should eat lot of green vegetables and sprouts, fruits and avoid processed food like biscuits, friend food etc. You can cure PCOS naturally easily if you take care of these things.
