Diet and Exercise:Lost 22lbs successfully in 10months !!

Hi friends,

After my 2nd delivery, I was overweight almost for 3.5yrs. I then decided to join a gym and made some changes to my diet. I had earlier tried joining slimming centres but did not find any result. Im on my own now and look super slim now.
All the ladies out there looking to lose weight, stick on to your exercise and diet and results will follow soon.
Im willing to help other ladies here who are looking to shed post-preg weight.
I was 154 lbs before and now 131 lbs.!

i want to loose my weight around 20 kg what diet and kind of exercise should i follow
my baby is 2 yrs old and i can' t go gym and all ..
yoga i can do plz help me out its a serious issue

hi vash,

I have 2 kids (5+ yrs and 2+ yrs). both c section. Stopped breastfeeding my 2nd kid a month back. now started seriously thinking abt losing weight. seriously didnt have time till now.

i was 77 kgs. i did some workouts and diet and have come down to 72.9 kgs in 2 months. But the weight loss is not visible. The huge tummy is still there, hip flabs are there. Losing hope of all the strict diet and exercise. kindly help.

so tell me how else i cna lose weight.

I followed indian vegetarian diet consisting of wheat,fruits and salads mostly.
For losing belly fat, a regular routine is required. I did the leg press and ab bench at my gym and regular jogging and at times just bending and getting up (100 count)

Im very happy with the results and my jeans size has also gone down.

Also eating moderate dinner is very important to feel light the next morning.
