I m planning to resume to my work now that my daughter is 1.8 yrs old .. but m not sure whether to keep a full time maid (insecure about leaving my home and baby at the hands of a stranger)or leave my child at a day care center as she feels more secure at home and is crying in playschool -
Pls pls advice what should i do? i m very possessive abt my child and dont want her to suffer.
if someone knows of a good daycare center / maid agency in bangalore near btm layout pls guide me.

My personal opinion is leave the child with a very good day care center than the maid at home.
Advantages: Supervision of responsibile people.
The kid is happy too not alone at home.
It is a prcess of learning too.

I think you should check, if you have Podar Happy Kids, close to your place. This is a daycare centre with preschool. They take goodcare, and excellent activities. In mumbai HSBC has approved it. Please check yourself by visiting the place. AL the best
