Diet and Exercise:when should i start excercise?

i m pregnant with 2nd child.i would like to know that after delivery whether it is veginal birth or c-section, when should i start doing excercise? because when i got pregnant firstly i was so thin after my first baby was born i was so fatty evenif i had given veginal birth. so this time i want to be very careful. please reply me soon that when can i start exercise?

Congralutations!!
You may start doing slowly & pregressively Post-natal Yoga and Exercise,after 2-3 weeks, after NORMAL delivery and 4-6 weeks after c-sectin delivery.If you are fatty, observe diet.it is always better to contact your Doctor.

I am Pre-natal and Post-natal Yoga teacher.Qualified and certified educator of \";educating the fetus through Yoga/Music therapy/Spirit based on science.

Congratulations!!!! I hope you have a very normal delivery. I started exercising right at 6 weeks after my c-section with my child. I was able to walk comfortably and was able to do my own things . Thats when i started. If you have normal delivery , You should be able to do it earlier. 4-6weeks is ideal time. You should give your body that time to recoupe.
