Do your children chant mantras? What is their favourite mantra? Do they chant it with the correct pronunciation? Anubha replied. I love this site. and regularly visit it. I loved this section too. Here is another mantra that you can teach your children.

' Tameva mata cha pita tvameva Tameva badhuscha sakha tvameva Tameva vidya dravinam tvameva Tameva sarvam mama devadeva.' purendare replied. Even I enjoy mantras... The bliss of the Gayatri mantra cannot be compared to any other sound... One has to be sincere and devoted to the recitation of the Gayatri mantra for it to bring about fruits....

I love reciting or hearing anything in Sanskrit, irrespective of whether I understand it or not. There are so many French, Italian and Spanish songs that are immeasurably beautiful, yet the lyrics mean nothing to me. On Travel and Living, the other day I saw a program on Siberia. The fol song of the mountains- it was so beautiful that there were tears in my eyes. Music truly knows no langguage.
