As there is decrease in my milk so wanted to take this .Radhika told me about that.But now as I am started pumping regularly so now it is much better.Don't think I will need it.

Any store with herbal section/ GNC stores/ or online herbal stores like mothernature(.) com , many sites online if u search in google.
fenugreek tabs (buy mothernature brand heard its better than others)
oatmeal/liquids and pumping more often does help as bargavi says..
