Hi,
Leaving ones baby in another' s care is the toughest part for a mother.
I have a 14 months old and was thinking of enrolling my baby in the day-care center of Kidzcare in BTM. Can anyone please provide me with suggestions/experience/opinion for the centre.
Regards,
Bandana

.My kid was there and the way they treat her was not good. The caretakers there are very unprofessional (except 1 or 2). When u go there to take admission, they will say
1.you can watch your kid in CCTV anytime
2.we have put mirror window so that u can see the kid thru that
3.many toys/books upstairs

But now, they have closed the front door so that the parents should not see the TV and we have to wait outside to collect the kid. One girl named Savitha (care taker) treats us very badly. If we ask anything she will shout, as if she is paying us and doing some favour. When they started the daycare some good caretakers where there like Riya, Piyusha. But now most scraps are there. The security fellow who sit outside (now he had changed his position to inside so that the parents can’t see the kid theu the window. Now NO CCTV and NO SEEING THRU MIRROR also)ask for tip.He reminds us that ‘all the parents are giving tips’.The way they treat the kids as well as the parents are very bad.

They will not force the kid to eat. They will keep some food infront of them and go.The kid will play with the food and after sometime they will take it away. There is no proper management .They are ONLY interested in making money.

Kidzcare is the worst day care I have ever seen. Though I was quite impressed with the infrastructure and I thought Rs. 7000/- will be worth the quality. To my horror, I soon discovered how terrible they were in child care. In the beggning I used to make visits at unpredictable timings to see how they care for children. I discovered that there was absolutely no care to kids. Kids will keep crying for long without any attention and it was very sad scene. As soon as I reached there, some one would start caring for my son but I could see how ignored other kids were.

One of the kids had mild fever and they isolated the kid to a small closed room with no care provider in the room. Kid was ALONE in room for several hours and that kid was traumatized and started having horrible dreams. I pity her parents. So I took my kid off the school. I am yet to get my security deposit back and don' t think they are willing to return the money. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO danger your child' s emotions.

Our endeavor at Kidzcare has been to set up a state of the Art childcare facility, where personalized attention and care of every child is of utmost importance. We have engaged qualified and trained professionals and used the best of materials available to create a safe, secure and conducive environment for the children. Some of the salient features include:

· Child – friendly rooms designed by renowned Architect.
· Professionally trained Care Providers, Nurses & Attendants.
· Fresh meals prepared by the center kitchen.
· Affiliation with a reputed Nursing home /hospital in case of emergency.
· CCTV, fire extinguisher & intercom in every room.
· Dedication to safety and Hygiene.
· Entire center sanitized daily.
· Academic-rich environment.
· Stimulating age appropriate programs.

The Indiranagar center has many satisfied customers and happy children. The number of parents who have entrusted us with their children has gone up six fold in a span of five months by virtue of a strong, positive word of mouth communication. In addition to the trained Care Providers, it is probably the only Childcare facility that has a Nurse on duty. We take parent feedback very seriously and have thoroughly examined your feedback. We have found no evidence of such an instance as referred by you having occurred at the center since its inception.
We welcome constructive feedback, which would help us in enhancing the services we offer to our valuable customers and if you have any further queries you are most welcome to get in touch with us.
Thanks & Regards

Subject:  Not impressed with Kidzcare

Hi,
I had gone to Kidzcare a few days back and was not too impressed. The person I spoke to did not come across as being interested in childcare. I heard one of the caregivers speak quite rudely to a child. I watched children playing in the sandpit. There were three people in the Kidzcare uniform who I assume were supposed to keep an eye on the kids. The three of them were sitting around talking amongst themselves. One of the kids wandered outside and none of the three even noticed.
In all I wouldn´ t recommend Kidzcare. This is however my impression. It would be good to hear from someone who has their child enrolled there.
