There has been a long silence, guess all mommies r having a busy third trimester. Vidya, Shannu, debi(u never said anything abt the visitor visa? after those replies),deepali,Deepti,ritu,Smita- how r all of u doing?
I had my Hospital maternity tour y'day, It was kind of chilling to see the labor room etc, But the facility is very good and so r all the nurses.
I have already started counting days for the D-day, I have a white board in my kitchen where I mark the Number of days for my due date. My mom went for visa y'day. if everything goes well, she will be here in jan 1st week.
winter is severe this time in NJ, I try to stay indoors as much as possible. How do u guys find the baby movements now? My li'l gold fish is forever kicking and sometimes its so forceful that it hurts. I haven't bought anything for baby yet. But prepared a list and did a li'l window shopping, guess i'll first week of jan.

AB vidya replied. How are you both doing girls? Well am now in 29'th week and just hoping that days run fast so that I reach feb end in a jiffy..This waiting process is making me impatient..I'm having terrible backaches..not able to stand , sit or lie down without pain..and today is my GTT ..so having my fingers crossed!
hey Debi, AB is right abt. normal delivery..U'll be back to normal within a period of 15-30 days..Why do you voluntarily want to go for C-Section ?!!!(If the doc. says , its entirely diff. !) Its common in India for a preg. lady to ask a doc for C-Sec and also common for docs to go for a c-sec before waiting for normal delv.For my first baby I did a good research to go for a doc. who would go for a c-sec as the last choice..even now I'm worried that I shud go for a normal one with these bh and all stupid thoughts...debi, don't worry abt the pain dear ..if u feel u cannot bear pain, why dont u go for a epidural instead? but one of my friends who had this told that her tailbone pains all the time ..maybe only she had this side effect...
I hope everything goes fine for all of us and we deliver safely with healthy babies!!!

Anyways, abt the reason ur parents/ u shud say is \";They want to visit their daughter and look around America\";. I heard from some of my friends that when they say,they r coming for their daughter's delivery, they often mistake it to be aday care support, so that isn't the best reason. Well, they'll have an interview only if they r too young, how old r ur parents? and which consulate will they go? i mean are they in South India or North?

Itsn't just the physicians, I guess all of us prefer only a normal birth rather than C-section. Normal delivery is a natural process, though painful, it heals quickly, where as C-section is a surgery, the process mite not be painful due to anaesthitia, but recovery is very slow process. And I wudn't want a C-section. But god knows whats in store for us!

Second time mommies, Vidya and everybody u shud know the difference better, y don't u all discuss more and make us more aware of it.

thank you so much for the visa information.now my doubts are cleared.by the way can you give the cause of bringing parents?yes i have been for hospital tour.its really great.we met nurses n the places of delivery.can you tell me why here docs prefer labor than c-section.labor is very painful.what the parents will say in times of interviewrather than saying coming for delivery helpn why so?whats the reason????
