hi vijay bhiya

i am staying in hyderabad and i am 23 yrs old.

i have hair loss problem and dandruff problem and now i am getting white hair also

i am using parachute oil for hair and panteen shampo for head bath.now i am applying henna for my hair once for 15 days.
that' s it i didn' t use anything upto now except the above. but still it' s not reducing hair loss problem.

pls vijay bhiya give suggession to me for hair strengthness and for removing dandruff and growing hair and also reducing white hair.

if u don' t mind pls give reply as early as possible . its very urgent pls try to understand bec i have lossed so much of hair

first leave ur worries bcoz that also will make hair fall yes due to stress also u will loose hairs
so nothing to worry i m there to help u
shampoo is ok but u have to change ur oil
use rosemary oil or almond oil
apply oil by massage
henna monthly once is enough ma.
menthulu telusaa neeku yes take 50gm fenugreek(menthulu) soak in the water for whole night morning grind it like a paste by mixie.apply that paste allow to dry upto one hour to two hour after u can wash it
i think u have vitamin scarcity so take becosules vitamin B complex tablet daily once
