Hi there,

I am living in India.... from last few days i have the problem of severe hair loss.....i shampoo my hair twice a week with sunsilk black, and use vatika hair oil...whenever i shampoo my hair,i have lot of hair fall.i cant properly take care of my self bcoz my office timings are morning 8 to evening 8, and after reaching home there are lots of household work.So please tell me something easy and not very much time consuming.......

From last few months i have a disturbed married life. Is that the reason of hair loss and i have dark circles under my eyes also.........Please suggest me what should i do......

nothing to worry
u have vitamin B complex scarcity so u got dandruff i think
yes lik that working schedule u cant fulfill ur balanced diet
just take vitamin B complex tablet and dont cut ur hair trim 6 months to 9 months once
trim length is one to two inch maximum
