i have a problem tht i used to have very thick and black hairs,,
but now a days my hairs are very weak and not so much black..and i have so much OILY HAIRS that i have to wash it daily..

i m living in uk,so i asked the doctor.he said tht it will be okey..
bt i have used so much products bt no effect..i have used so much oils,,etc..
but THER IS NO REGROWTH OF MY HAIRS..IT LOOKS BLADNESS AS I CANT MAKE ANY HAIRSTYLE..
i have no patch bladness.but hair are really less.and feel sometime pain in my hair roots..i visited 2,3 times to doctor..bt no1 is telling me.
now a days i m using HEAD&SHOULDER daily as i have oily hairs have to wash daily,
can u tell me which hair oil and shampoo is best tht do not damage my hairs..and reqrowth of my hairs.
ill be very thankful to u. verne replied. u need to change doctors and try to find the real reason behind your hair loss.
Head and shoulders is not an ideal shampoo, use something milder. And eat multivitamins, not just biotin.
But i strongly suggest you need a good doctor to examine you, hair loss can mirror other bodily problems, and unless that problem is solved, you will keep losing hair. mpvijaykhanna replied. hi sweety
nothing to worry
use rosemary oil
apply oil by massage
use mild shampoo or herbal shampoo
if u want daily wash use herbal shampoo
take biotin tablets daily
make balanced diet
