i am new here.i saw every one asking u questions and also saw ur wonderful reply.my problem is we stay out of India and i have lot of hair fall problem and dandruff problem also i do head bath weekly twice and apply pure cocunut oil and use cocunut shampoo.even then i have lot of hairfall problem.i cant do headbath daily bcoz its very cold country and i get lot of headache.even my husband too has the same problem lot of hair fall and dandruff.i do take good balanced deit eat salats a lot but even i dont know why can u plese give we ur suggestion what can i do especially for dandruff mpvijaykhanna replied. hi my dear sister
this is nothing but a climate probs
yes u should cover ur hair while going out
before 4 hours to go to hairwash apply much oil and give massage
plz plz use mild shampoo in cold climate
dont allow ur hair to dry
use conditioner
maintain ur diet like this
