We are flying to srilanka next week for virej's ad shooting.

Can anyone of u guide me abt what r the places we can see at columbo.
i mean as to all must do's n must see's n must eat, what to shop & where to shop & where to stay. whats reasonable & whats expensive etc abt columbo, it will help us.

sorry to hear that the star got hurt at school.....breaks my heart...i dont know when will i have enuf courage to send tintin to school...

about colombo....nothing much to see or do there.....im talking about colombo only....there is alot of natural beauty around there but the city has nothing much to offer....

the beach is very child friendly....for e.g. they have baloons etc and lots of kids playing there...

then...casinos...but u cant enter with babies....unless u leave him with a babysitter....

the srilankan rupee is cheaper than our currency so everything will be cheaper.....

ODEL is a nice shopping mall u can find some nice clothes shoes etc there.....

then there are some boutique shops which sell...antiques and candels etc....much cheaper than india....

u will get amazing cotton shirts kurtas etc in colombo...

u can have great indian food at mango tree....even better than india but may not as good as gujju food....

ive been there 3 times but tell u the truth no great shakes.....go with a single point agenda....SHOPPING :)
