Tanya's taking milk only 2 times a day now, morning & night & 16 ounces total shd be sufficient.
Her milk intake these days is quite less but thats bcoz i very recently weaned her off from the bottle. Its my personal experience that when we give more milk to toddlers they tend to dislike taking solids & i did face a very hard time putting tanya back on solids.....so in my opinion your dr is right.

My pediac also said the same...to insist more on solids coz if he drinks more milk he'll not be hungry enough to eat and upto 16oz is sufficient at 18mths.

how r u?my daughter taking 16-20oz in a day.dr's said this becoz of now toddlers should eat well.if they drinks more milk then they won't feel hungry.thats the concerns they said to have max 16oz.howz shalika drinking .
