iam 23 yrs old,working.my problem is that my father is of that nature who cannot say a word against anyone and tries to think about the whole world and try to please everyone.in the course of time people take him for granted and act smart with us.for every thing he would say what the others would think or what will the others feel.No matter how much we people at the hose tried to made him understand but he did not change his nature and he started brooding slowly he has developed an irreversible disease that has affected his brain and hence movements also.He has become very slow in his day to day activities.I have tried to change the environment around him by putting some bhajan tapes or burning inscence or putting pleasant pictures in front of him but he woul remain very dull as though lost in his own world.I feel sad when i see him in this position but i dont know what to do.pl.help Rajshree Saxena replied. yes Aditi ,I'm agree with Aparna.
Yoga Meditation is really very effective,try to yourself & your papa and I'm sure after that you'll not be a sad daughter. Aparna replied. First of all your father is a very lucky person who's daughter is very caring about him:) I would say try putting him in some meditation course , i think he needs to rest his mind & body.he is just tired of on going things i guess..i would suggest Art of living course..which helps to living in present moment.Or it is your choice of any meditation technic.search in a web about art of living course for meditation or it's guru's name \";Sri Sri Ravi Shankar\";, and the courses they offer near your place.Please note that this is a not religious course & it is for all the religion,nationalty..it is for self improvement.
