I am really confused about my life. I have a horrible husband. He tortured me during pregnancy,physical abuse during pregnancy and after delivery as well. I have a 1 month baby. the only reason I am staying with him is i am worried if i divorce will I get my 1 month baby. What should I do? How much chance i have about getting my baby. Please help me.

if u go as per law u will get teh baby atleast till the baby is 6yrs old then it will be 2 in 1 types like weekends the babies father can take the baby for a day or two types but till 6 yrs teh baby will be wholly ans sully only yours u can go in for a divorce rather than staying a living a suffering life like this with a heartless beast

i really felt angry on your husband after reading your message.are you sure you want a divore from him?does your in laws dont help you in this matter?even talking to him wont help you?
Iam not a expert or professional in law.but i can tell you that if you want a divorce you bay will be with you.because he is just a month old and our husband is abusive.so talk out about this to your parents they are the best one to help you.
