Vegetarian Food:healty an d tastey sendwitches?

hi there,
I am based i U.K. I am a working lady. At work most of the people prefe to eat sandwitches at lunchtime. But me and my husband both r sick of typical english blend sendwitches. We miss Indian( specialy bombay's) sendwitches. Can enyone give me recipies of making healthy and delicious sendwitches?

Try making pudinah chutney with corrainder, pudinah(mint leaves) and chillies add some tomato sauce to this
apply this as base & then place vegges
tomato, cucumber, boiled potato, etc
top with shredded cheese!

Hi..
me 2 luv sandwiches. You must be knowin to make fresh corriander green chutney. So what u can do is make cheese-chutney-potato sandwich or tomato-chutney sand... or sprouted n boiled pulses sand... infact u can create yr own sandwich..hv u visited Subway outlet..there u'll get more recipes for it.by..happy lunching

I used to make a cheese mixture of grated cheese, tomatoes , onions , salt and pepper. I also used to add pasta and take this as a salad alternative
