Hello everybody

my dauther maahi. she is thin and her wait is not increasing so any one of u know the home made solution to increase her weight

Hi HEtal,
How old is Mahi?
Adding ghee/butter to all her meal will supply more calories. If she likes cheese, then u can give that too.
also adding nuts like almonds/ cashew /peanuts (provided none in ur family has peanut allergy), in powder form to her meals, will also be quite calorie increasing.
and ofcourse, dont forget teh milk. you should give her teh requird amountof milk as per her age.
If you eat non veg, and if ur daughter is more tahn 7 months old, then u can give her egg,, chicken etc.

also give youghurt(full fat) with fruit puree as snacks. Thats a very good calcium supplier and also calorie increasing too.

Try to feed your baby in regular intervals. Instead of three heavy course, try to give her some snacks every 2-3 hours.

Give them variety and colorful solid food..Add strawberry and custards to her pudding..baby love foods in red/yellow colors.

Give her some kheer with raisins, kaju once every 2-3 days.

Last but not the least give her lots of desi ghee or cheese which ever she prefers.
